This 2015 Gibson Memphis Lucille, the BB King signature model, brings you a semi-hollow spruce-topped body, without f-holes, two Gibson humbucking pickups, a six-position stereo Varitone circuit, fine-tuner tailpiece, gold hardware, and an elegant Lucille inlay peghead veneer. The thrill will never disappear with this singular instrument.
Body: Maple/Poplar/Maple laminate body in Ebony finish.
Neck: Maple with a Richlite fingerboard, 24.75” scale length, 1.68” nut width, 22 frets, mother of pearl inlays.
Pickups/Hardware: Gibson 490T & 490R humbucking pickups, Grover tuning keys, TP6 fine tune tailpiece, tune-o-matic bridge, black speed knobs, Corian nut.
Cosmetics: This guitar is in good shape. It has light surface scratches on the body. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. The back has light buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.
Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable.
