The 2012 Chevrolet Camaro Video Wiring Harness is a plug-and-play wiring solution built specifically for the 5th Gen (2010–2015) Chevrolet Camaro. No cutting, splicing, or professional installation required — simply connect to your existing factory harness connectors and go.
This harness is for 2012 Camaro owners that have the “factory” camera installed.
It allows for the rear view camera video to be displayed in the MyLink.
This harness can also be used for those with 2012’s that have installed an aftermarket radio and need to move or split the video signal as well.
If using with an aftermarket radio you will need to purchase a RCA extension cable that will reach to the back of the aftermarket head unit, a 3 foot extension usually does the trick.
This harness was originally designed for those adding Mylink to their 2012’s and the video connection is actually at the foot well on those models.
